When Can I Return a Product?

We hope that you love your Blumin’Kaktus product(s) as much as we do.

We can offer refunds if any of the below conditions are met:

  1. If the product arrives with shipping-related defects, kindly return it immediately upon delivery or refrain from accepting the product.

  2. As a customer, you have the option to request a replacement for any product you've ordered within three days of its receipt, provided that the defect is due to manufacturing issues.

  3. It's important to keep in mind that replacement requests are only applicable within the three-day timeframe.

  4. Upon returning the product, you can expect to receive your refund within three working days.

When Are Returns Not Possible?

  1. If you request a return for defective items after the specified three-day timeframe.

  2. If the product has been utilized, damaged, or is not in the same condition as when you initially received it.

  3. For any consumable items that have been used or installed.

  4. In the case of products with altered or missing serial numbers.

  5. If any components are absent from the package you received, such as price tags, labels, original packaging, freebies, and accessories.

  6. This policy applies to delicate items and products related to hygiene.

  7. We regret to inform you that you are responsible for the non-refundable return shipping costs.

How Do I Cancel My Order?

  1. You have the option to initiate an online order cancellation as long as the product has not yet been dispatched. In this scenario, you will receive a full refund of your entire order amount.

  2. If your ordered item has already been shipped but has not reached your location, you can still proceed with an online order cancellation. Your refund will be completed once we have received the originally ordered item back from the courier.

  3. Regrettably, once the item has been delivered to you, it is no longer possible to cancel the order.In order to cancel an item in your order, you have to send us on orders@BluminKaktus.com.
