Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location. You’ll be able to review the exact shipping cost before completing your order.

Orders over 2,000 EGP qualify for free shipping.

Delivery Time

Orders within Egypt are usually delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on your location and courier schedule.

Fridays and official public holidays are not counted as business days.

Some remote areas may require additional delivery time depending on courier coverage and location accessibility.

Order Processing

Orders are processed from Saturday to Thursday, excluding Fridays and official public holidays.

Once your order is confirmed, our team will prepare it and hand it over to the courier as soon as possible.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details or delivery updates through our team or courier partner.

Wrong Address

If you entered the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@bluminkaktus.com or through our Instagram DM.

If your order has not been processed or shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address. If the order has already been shipped, address changes may not be possible.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to deliver on time, delays may happen due to courier operations, remote locations, weather conditions, high-volume periods, or public holidays.

If your order is delayed, contact us and we’ll help follow up with the courier.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Please make sure your phone number and address are correct and reachable. If the courier cannot reach you or delivery fails due to incorrect/incomplete information, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipping.
