We know that sounds strict, but with haircare, lip care, and personal-use beauty products, product safety has to come first.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for review, the product must be:

In its original packaging

Reported within the 48-hour window
Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.
Sale, Bundle, and Promotional Items
Sale items, bundles, gifts, and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return request is approved and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank, card provider, or payment method.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If a replacement is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, our team will guide you on the next steps.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Product Sensitivity
Everyone’s hair and skin can react differently to ingredients. If a product does not suit your hair, lips, or skin personally, this does not qualify as a defect.
That said, you can always contact us and tell us what you experienced. We’ll do our best to guide you on the right way to use the product or suggest a better fit from our range.
