This was my first time ordering from Blumin Kaktus, and after my experience with both the products AND their customer care, I really felt they deserved a proper review. ❤️

I ordered three lip oils and a shampoo. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the delivery. I actually saw the delivery agent from my window leave my package on top of his car in the heat for more than 10 minutes. I even called him and asked him to remove it. When I finally received the box, it honestly felt like it had just come out of an oven! 😅

Two of the lip oils were absolutely perfect, but one had a slightly unusual smell, and I felt that the shampoo was a bit more watery than expected. Since this was my first order, I messaged Blumin Kaktus on WhatsApp and explained exactly what had happened.

And this is where they really impressed me.

The co-founder personally replied to me. He explained that their products are tested against heat and reassured me that they should be fine, but at the same time, he was never dismissive of my concern.

He immediately told me that he would send replacements for the lip oil and shampoo — without even asking me to return the ones I already had.

The funny thing is, I kept insisting that he really didn't need to send me anything! 😅 I genuinely felt that the fact that he personally replied, listened to my concern, and took the time to explain everything was already enough.

But HE kept insisting on sending the replacements!

And what really stayed with me was what he said about quality. He explained that they care about delivering products at a standard comparable to what you would expect when buying products from abroad. It wasn't simply about replacing a lip oil or shampoo. It was about the quality they want the Blumin Kaktus name to represent.

And after trying the products, I can honestly say that he wasn't just saying that.

Two days later, my replacements arrived — and they had even included a leave-in hair product as a gift. ❤️

I've been using the lip oils for the past few days and they're amazing. I've also used the shampoo twice so far, and I genuinely wasn't expecting to notice such a difference this quickly. My hair feels softer, fluffier, and the overall texture and quality of my hair already feel noticeably better.

So for me, this review isn't just about hair care or lip products. It's about QUALITY. The quality of the products, the quality standards they clearly care about, and the quality of their after-sales customer care.

Things can go wrong with any order, especially during delivery. What really shows you what a brand is made of is how they respond when something does go wrong.

Blumin Kaktus turned what could have been a disappointing first order into one of the best customer-care experiences I've had. And more importantly, the products themselves absolutely lived up to everything they said about their standards.

Definitely not my last order. ❤️🌵
